Pricing
Most services are charged by the hour, in fifteen-minute increments.
Event and conference planning, brochure or newsletter creation, holiday cards and certain special projects will be quoted a flat rate based on complexity and duration.
Basic office supplies are included in the hourly and flat rates. Any additional incidentals such as postage, toll calls or supplies required for a particular project will be billed separately.
Copy Services are billed as follows: black and white: .10 per copy Color: 1.60 per copy

Terms
Once we have agreed upon the terms of our partnership an Independent Contractor Agreement will be prepared for your signature. Work will commence upon the execution of the contract.

We use TraxTime software to track our hourly rated projects. Your monthly invoice will include a detailed accounting of tasks completed.
